Mission Statement
Our purpose is to provide a multicultural community with access to the vital tools necessary for financial growth and stability. We believe in developing respectful relationships with the people we serve and providing financial services with knowledge and professionalism.
Eastside Financial Center (EFC) is a community based center that offers financial services, counseling and education, with a focus on building wealth and monetary stability. EFC wants to serve as a financial stepping stone for people from diverse backgrounds and support their goals for financial security. With this charge, we pledge to do the following:
The EFC Pledge to the Community
The EFC wants to make the financial system work for you, not against you. With that charge, we make the following pledge:
- To treat every visitor with dignity and respect.
- To listen and know those we serve by name.
- To deliver financial products with Service, Value, and Experience You Can Trust (SM).
- To clearly explain products and services, including terms, conditions, cost, and overall value to you.
- To be a good neighbor, listen to the community, and work with other organizations to enhance the economic development, and promote a better quality of life, for all of the residents of our neighborhood.
To ensure that nobody leaves EFC without something; everyone will get one or all of the following:
- A financial product or service
- Education
- Counseling
- Information
- A referral (If we can’t help you, we will try to find someone who can.)
