About the Eastside
Saint Paul’s growing Eastside neighborhood, a diverse and multicultural area of the community, offers many events and services to help residents reach their goals. Some neighborhood agencies offer bi-lingual and culture specific resources. All are here to help our neighborhood thrive.
Eastside Community Services
Eastside Neighborhood Development Company
Provides services including affordable rental housing, first time homebuyer programs and education, and low-interest home repair loans.
Merrick Community Services
Provides senior services (food, healthcare, tax assistance, and social gatherings) youth after school activities, and employment services.
Hmong American Partnership
Provides language classes, job skills and placement, computer training, youth crime prevention and academic achievement, and parent support.
Casa de Esperanza
Provides bi-lingual support, and assistance to victims of domestic violence among Latinas, their families, and their community.
CLUES (Communidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio)
Provides mental health, chemical health, education and employment services, and elder wellness programs to the Eastside’s Latino community.
